Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

3. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Shipping Costs

• Returns are free of charge for customers.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
